In short

Nose filler in Singapore, a non-surgical rhinoplasty, places a structural filler deep on the bone and cartilage to raise a low bridge, smooth a small bump or support the tip. It is injected by a doctor. IN Eternity Clinic usually uses Radiesse (CaHA) or Ellansé (PCL), with hyaluronic acid where reversibility matters. Filler cannot make the nose smaller, and because the nose is a high-care area, technique comes first.

Key facts
  • What it is: a structural filler placed deep on the nasal framework; also called non-surgical rhinoplasty.
  • Can: raise a low bridge, smooth a small bump, support the tip and improve the nose-lip angle.
  • Cannot: make the nose smaller, narrow nostrils, remove a large hump or fix breathing.
  • Products: usually Radiesse (CaHA) or Ellansé (PCL); hyaluronic acid where reversibility matters, which can be dissolved.
  • Safety: a high-care area; deep midline placement, small amounts, slow injection by a doctor.
  • Recovery: mild swelling for a few days; review at two to four weeks.
  • Consultation: S$120, waived with any medical treatment. IN Eternity Clinic, 9 Scotts Road, #12-01 Pacific Plaza.
What it does

What can nose filler change, and what can it not?

Nose filler, sometimes called a non-surgical rhinoplasty, places a structural filler on the bone and cartilage framework of the nose to change how it looks in profile and from the front. It is injected by a doctor, takes about twenty to thirty minutes and does not involve surgery.

What is achievable depends on your anatomy, skin thickness and any previous surgery.
Nose filler canNose filler cannot
Raise a low or flat nasal bridgeMake the nose smaller or shorter
Define the bridge from the front, so the nose looks slimmer in proportionNarrow wide nostrils or a wide bony base
Smooth the look of a small bump by filling above and below itRemove a large hump
Support or slightly lift a droopy tipReshape a bulbous tip or thick tip skin
Improve the angle between nose and upper lipFix breathing problems or a deviated septum

In many East and Southeast Asian faces the commonest request is a higher, more defined bridge with a little tip support, which suits filler well. Consensus work on Asian facial aesthetics describes a defined nasal bridge as one of the features most often asked for. Where the goal is a smaller nose or a functional change, surgery is the honest answer. Nose filler is one of the areas covered on dermal fillers Singapore.

Products

Which filler is used for the nose: CaHA, PCL or hyaluronic acid?

The nose needs a product that holds its shape on a narrow, mobile structure with thin skin, without spreading sideways and widening the bridge. At IN Eternity Clinic, the bridge is usually treated with a firmer collagen-stimulating filler, calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) or polycaprolactone (Ellansé), chosen case by case. Hyaluronic acid is used where reversibility matters most, because it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.

The product is named in your written plan and agreed before treatment.
ProductStrengths on the noseLimits
CaHA (Radiesse)Firm, holds a defined line with little spread; stimulates collagenCannot be dissolved; placed conservatively
PCL (Ellansé)Immediate support, then collagen; holds shape wellCannot be dissolved; placed conservatively
Hyaluronic acidCan be dissolved if needed; softer and adjustableSpreads more on the bridge; attracts water; may need maintenance sooner

Duration depends on the product and the person. Hyaluronic acid on the nose often lasts around nine to eighteen months, while collagen stimulators are designed to last longer as the collagen they prompt persists. Neither is a lifelong change.

Safety

Is nose filler safe? Why the nose is a high-care area

The nose is one of the highest-risk areas for filler. Its skin is supplied by small end vessels with few alternative routes, and some of them connect with the vessels that supply the eye. Reviews of filler-related vision loss list the nose among the sites most often involved, and skin injury at the tip is a recognised complication when a vessel is blocked. Large case series show that serious events are uncommon when technique is careful, but they are why nose filler should only be injected by a doctor who knows the anatomy and can act at once.

After nose filler, pain, a pale, dusky or mottled patch on the nose or forehead, or any change in vision is an emergency: contact the clinic straight away or go to the nearest emergency department.

“Nose filler can make a nose look higher and straighter. It cannot make a nose smaller, and a doctor who promises that is selling the wrong treatment.”
— Dr Sin Yong, Medical Director, IN Eternity Clinic

Threads and filler are sometimes combined: threads for a sharper line, filler for height. How the thread option works is on nose thread lift, and the detailed planning of bridge height and tip support is set out under nose projection: bridge and tip planning.

What to expect

Nose filler recovery and aftercare

Numbing cream is applied, and the injection itself takes a few minutes. The change is visible straight away, with mild swelling and tenderness that usually settle within a few days; bruising is uncommon but possible. For the first two weeks, avoid pressing or massaging the nose, heavy glasses resting on the bridge, strenuous exercise and saunas for a day or two, and facial treatments on the nose. A review two to four weeks later checks the shape once swelling has gone; any small refinement is planned then, not on the day.

Profile balance is judged with the chin. A recessed chin makes the nose look larger, and supporting it with chin fillers is sometimes planned alongside.

At assessment

What Dr Sin Yong looks for

  • Bridge height and starting point. Where the bridge begins between the eyes (the radix) and how low it sits.
  • Skin thickness. Thin skin shows edges; thick skin hides them but limits definition at the tip.
  • The tip and nasolabial angle. Whether the tip droops, especially on smiling, and how it sits against the upper lip.
  • Previous surgery or implants. Scar tissue and altered blood supply change both risk and suitability.
  • Breathing and the septum. Blockage or deviation points to a specialist opinion rather than filler.
  • Profile balance. The forehead, nose, lips and chin are seen together before anything is added.

Cost

Nose filler Singapore: cost and what affects it

Nose filler cost depends on the product family (hyaluronic acid or a collagen stimulator), the amount, whether the bridge, tip or both are treated, and the review. IN Eternity Clinic gives a written quote after assessment; the consultation fee is S$120, waived with any medical treatment.

When this is not cosmetic

When a nose concern is not cosmetic

Most requests are about shape. Some findings need a medical or specialist opinion first.

Where any of these apply, a diagnosis comes first and referral is arranged where needed.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can nose filler make my nose smaller?

No. Filler adds; it cannot remove. A higher, better-defined bridge can make the nose look slimmer from the front, but nose filler cannot reduce size, narrow nostrils or shorten the nose. Those need surgery.

Which filler is used for the nose at IN Eternity Clinic?

The bridge is usually treated with calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) or polycaprolactone (Ellansé), which hold a defined line with little spread. Hyaluronic acid is used where reversibility matters most, because it can be dissolved. The choice is made case by case.

How long does nose filler last?

It depends on the product and the person. Hyaluronic acid often lasts around nine to eighteen months on the nose; collagen stimulators are designed to last longer. Neither is a lifelong change.

Is nose filler safe?

The nose is a high-care area because its vessels are small end vessels, some connected with the eye. Risk is reduced by deep midline placement, small amounts injected slowly, conservative volume and a doctor injecting, with an emergency plan in place.

Nose filler or nose thread lift: which is better for me?

Filler adds height and projection; threads add definition along the bridge without much volume. A low bridge usually suits filler, a soft, undefined bridge may suit threads, and some plans use both. It depends on your anatomy.

Can I have nose filler after a rhinoplasty?

Sometimes, but with more caution. Surgery leaves scar tissue and changes the blood supply, which raises the risk. The nose is assessed carefully, and filler is sometimes declined in favour of a surgical review.

Does nose filler hurt?

Numbing cream is applied first, and many products contain a local anaesthetic. Most people feel pressure and brief stinging. Tenderness for a day or two is usual.

How much does nose filler cost in Singapore?

It depends on the product, the amount and the areas treated. IN Eternity Clinic gives a written quote after assessment; the consultation fee is S$120, waived with any medical treatment. Published ranges from other clinics, read on 20 October 2026, are shown on this page.
