Our story

How IN Eternity Clinic began

IN Eternity Clinic was founded by AYA as a doctor-led medical and laser clinic in the Orchard Road area, with Dr Sin Yong as Medical Director. The idea was straightforward: a clinic where the doctor listens first, examines properly and explains the options — including the option of doing nothing — before anything is booked.

The clinic is on the twelfth floor of Pacific Plaza at 9 Scotts Road, about five minutes’ walk from Orchard MRT. It is operated by EA Healthgroup Pte Ltd.

Medical leadership

Who leads the clinic?

Medical Director Dr Sin Yong holds an MBBS from the National University of Singapore, MRCS (Edinburgh), an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine from the University of London, an MSc in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University and a Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine. He is an International Key Opinion Leader for device makers including CLASSYS, DEKA, Fotona, Hironic, Ilooda, Lutronic and Alma, and has been invited to share his clinical expertise with physicians at meetings in Singapore and across Asia.

He has developed the clinic’s named protocols, among them VF Lift – Vertical Facelift, Time Freeze Laser LCLR® and the 4K Body Lift. More on the doctors page.

“The most useful thing a consultation can give you is a clear explanation. Sometimes that explanation is that you do not need anything yet.”
— Dr Sin Yong, Medical Director, IN Eternity Clinic
DEKA Centre of Excellence

What does the DEKA designation mean?

DEKA is a medical laser manufacturer based in Florence, Italy. On 24 July 2026 IN Eternity Clinic was designated a DEKA Centre of Excellence, presented jointly by DEKA and NeoAsia, its Asia-Pacific distributor, after a working day of clinical exchange at the clinic. The designation relates to the clinic’s work with DEKA laser platforms, including the Tetra Pro CO2 laser and TORO, and with energy-based body contouring on Onda Pro.

It is a recognition of how the platforms are used, not a promise of any particular result. Details are on the DEKA Centre of Excellence page.

Our approach

How do we work with patients?

There is no hard selling. Consultations end with a written plan and an explanation of fees, and you are encouraged to take it home and think. Treatments are not sold as bundles you have to commit to on the day, and it is entirely acceptable to leave without booking anything.

Some treatments are deliberately not offered, and the clinic says so; see treatments we do not offer. Where a concern is better handled by another specialty, the doctor refers. The full approach is set out in how we consult.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who owns IN Eternity Clinic?

IN Eternity Clinic was founded by AYA and is operated by EA Healthgroup Pte Ltd. Its Medical Director is Dr Sin Yong, who is responsible for clinical care at the clinic. Consultations are conducted by Dr Sin Yong personally, and he writes and oversees each treatment plan.

Where is IN Eternity Clinic?

At 9 Scotts Road, #12-01 Pacific Plaza, Singapore 228210, off Orchard Road and about five minutes’ walk from Orchard MRT. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm, and closed on Sunday. Bookings and directions can be arranged by WhatsApp on +65 8815 3008.

What is a DEKA Centre of Excellence?

It is a designation given by DEKA, the Italian medical laser manufacturer. IN Eternity Clinic received it on 24 July 2026, presented jointly by DEKA and NeoAsia, its Asia-Pacific distributor, in recognition of the clinic’s work with DEKA laser and body-contouring platforms.

Will I be pressured to buy treatments?

No. You receive a written plan and an explanation of fees, and you are encouraged to take time to decide. Treatments are not pushed as bundles, and leaving without booking is entirely fine. If you would like a second opinion before deciding, you are welcome to take the written plan to another doctor.

What treatments does the clinic offer?

Lasers and energy-based treatments, non-surgical lifting, acne scar and pigmentation care, injectables, skin boosters, medical facials, hair restoration and body contouring. Which, if any, suits you is decided at consultation. Some treatments are deliberately not offered, and the clinic will say so if your concern is better handled elsewhere.

How much do treatments cost?

Fees depend on the treatment, the area, the number of sessions and what is found at consultation. They are explained in writing after assessment, before anything is booked, so you can compare and decide in your own time. There are no time-limited offers, so nothing is lost by taking a few days to think.
