Collection

What personal data we collect, and why

Enquiries. Your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about your concern, so that we can reply and arrange an appointment.

Your medical record. Identification details, date of birth, contact details, medical history, medicines, allergies, examination findings, treatment notes, the products and batches used, and consent forms. We need these to assess and treat you safely and to keep an accurate medical record.

Clinical photographs. Taken only with your consent, in standard positions, to plan treatment and compare progress at review. They are stored in your medical record and are not published.

Payments and administration. Receipts, invoices and appointment history, kept for accounting and legal purposes.

Website. Technical and usage data collected through cookies, described below.

“Your photographs and history are part of your medical record. They are used for your care, and for nothing else without your say.”
— Dr Sin Yong, Medical Director, IN Eternity Clinic
WhatsApp and email

How we communicate with you

Many patients contact us by WhatsApp at +65 8815 3008 or by email. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms; messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit and also remain on your own phone. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry. If a photograph or detail you send becomes relevant to your care, it is added to your medical record and treated as confidential.

We use your contact details to arrange appointments, send aftercare information and follow up on your treatment. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by telling us.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies

ineternityclinic.com uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads tags to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools set cookies that record information such as the pages viewed, the type of browser and phone or computer used, approximate location and how you arrived on the site. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site and our advertising, not to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google provides tools to opt out of Google Analytics and to manage ad personalisation. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.

Sharing

Who we share personal data with

We share personal data only where it is needed for your care, for running the clinic or because the law requires it: for example, with a laboratory or another doctor when a test or referral is needed, with service providers that support our systems, appointments and payments under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your medical information for marketing.

Retention and security

How long we keep data, and how we protect it

Medical records are kept for the period required for healthcare providers under Singapore law and Ministry of Health guidance, even if you stop visiting. Enquiries that do not lead to a visit are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Access to records is limited to people who need it for their work, and we take reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data.

If a data breach occurs that is notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and the affected individuals as the Act requires.

Your rights

Access, correction and withdrawal of consent

You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for its use. Send your request to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time, as the PDPA requires.

Withdrawing consent for some uses may limit the care we can provide, and medical records that we are required to keep will be retained. We may update this notice from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
