If you use a wheelchair, walking aid or pushchair, please WhatsApp +65 8815 3008 before your visit. Arrangements for your visit

Tell us what would make the visit easier, and we will plan for it. That might mean a longer appointment so nothing is rushed, a family member or carer joining you, help completing forms, or written plans and aftercare in a larger font or sent to your phone so you can enlarge them.

If you have hearing loss, WhatsApp text messages are a convenient way to communicate ahead of your visit and afterwards. If you would find it helpful to have the consultation summarised in writing, ask, and it can be included with your plan.

“If something about the visit will be hard for you, tell us before you come. It is far easier to plan around than to fix on the day.”
— Dr Sin Yong, Medical Director, IN Eternity Clinic
Language

Communication and understanding

Consultations are conducted in English. Parts of this website are also available in Mandarin, including our page on Time Freeze Laser LCLR®. If you would prefer a family member or friend to help with interpretation, they are welcome to join you. Understanding the plan matters more than speed, so ask for anything to be explained again.

How the website is designed

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our reference. Pages use clear heading structure and descriptive link text, images carry alternative text, and text can be enlarged with browser zoom. Key information, such as our address, hours and WhatsApp number, appears as text rather than only within images.

Some older pages, embedded videos and third-party content may not yet meet every part of that reference. We review pages as they are updated and fix problems as we find them.

Feedback

Tell us what is not working

If something on the website or at the clinic is difficult to use, please tell us. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 8815 3008 with the page address or a short description of the problem, and, if relevant, the browser or assistive technology you use. We will look into it, reply, and where a fix takes time, provide the information you need another way.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is IN Eternity Clinic wheelchair accessible?

The clinic is on level 12 of Pacific Plaza and is reached by the building’s lifts. Because routes within a building can change, please WhatsApp +65 8815 3008 before your visit. How do I get to the clinic by MRT?

The nearest station is Orchard MRT, about five minutes’ walk from Pacific Plaza at 9 Scotts Road. Once in the building, take the lifts to level 12; the clinic is unit #12-01. If you would like directions sent to your phone, ask on WhatsApp when you book your appointment.

Can I bring someone to help me?

If you have hearing loss, WhatsApp text messages are a convenient way to communicate with the clinic ahead of your visit and afterwards.

What do you do to make the website accessible?
