By MRT, bus or on foot

IN Eternity Clinic is in Pacific Plaza at 9 Scotts Road, close to the junction of Orchard Road and Scotts Road and near Scotts Square. From Orchard MRT (North–South Line and Thomson–East Coast Line), it is a short walk: head towards Scotts Road and continue a little way up it to Pacific Plaza.

Newton MRT (North–South Line and Downtown Line) is also within walking distance along Scotts Road, approaching from the north. Many bus services run along Orchard Road and Scotts Road. If you are unsure of the route on the day, message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you.

Driving

Parking and drop-off

If you are driving or taking a taxi or private-hire car, use 9 Scotts Road or Pacific Plaza as the destination; the drop-off point is at the building entrance on Scotts Road. Parking is available at Pacific Plaza. During busy periods, such as weekends and evenings, it can be worth allowing a little extra time to park.

If you are coming after a treatment that affects your eyes or comfort, such as a procedure with numbing around the eyes, you may prefer to be driven home. We will mention this when your appointment is confirmed.

Arriving

Finding the clinic inside Pacific Plaza

Enter Pacific Plaza from Scotts Road and take the lifts from the lift lobby to level 12. The clinic is at unit #12-01. The route from the building entrance to the clinic is by lift, so it is suitable for wheelchair users, people with prams and anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. If you need any help on arrival, message us on WhatsApp and a member of the team will come down to meet you.

Please arrive about ten minutes before your appointment if it is your first visit, so there is time for registration and any forms before you see Dr Sin Yong.

We are open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm, and closed on Sunday. Public holiday hours vary and are confirmed on WhatsApp.

IN Eternity Clinic is a medical aesthetic clinic operated by EA Healthgroup Pte Ltd, licensed under the Healthcare Services Act. It is a designated DEKA Centre of Excellence. Medical Director Dr Sin Yong (MBBS, MRCS Edinburgh, MSc Aesthetic Medicine, MSc Practical Dermatology) assesses every patient before any treatment is recommended, and is an international key opinion leader for several device makers, invited to share his clinical expertise with physicians abroad.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm and closed on Sunday. Public holiday hours can vary, so please check on WhatsApp before planning a visit on a public holiday. WhatsApp messages are answered during clinic hours, and messages sent after closing are answered the next working day.

How soon can I get an appointment?

New consultations are often available within the week. Send a WhatsApp message to +65 8815 3008 with your preferred days and times, and we will confirm the earliest suitable slot with Dr Sin Yong. If your concern is urgent, such as a problem after a recent treatment, say so in your message.

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?

The clinic is reached by lift from the Pacific Plaza lift lobby, so there are no stairs between the building entrance and the clinic. If you need help on arrival or have specific access needs, let us know on WhatsApp beforehand and we will make arrangements.
