The cost of aesthetic treatment depends on what your skin or face needs, which cannot be known before an examination. Dr Sin Yong assesses you first, then sets out a written quote you can take home.
WhatsApp to Enquire →Key facts ↓At IN Eternity Clinic a consultation fee applies, and it is waived if you go ahead with any medical treatment; the current amount is confirmed when you book. After Dr Sin Yong assesses you, you receive a written quote that sets out each part of the plan. Treatments are not sold as packages or time-limited deals, in line with the Singapore Medical Council’s expectation that patients decide without pressure.
Two people asking for the same treatment rarely need the same plan. One face may need a small amount of product in one area; another may need two areas, a different product or a staged approach over several visits. A price published in advance would either be too low for many people or too high for others, and neither helps you decide.
At IN Eternity Clinic, the order is fixed: assessment first, quote second. Dr Sin Yong examines you, explains what he recommends and why, and only then sets out the cost in writing.

Product. The type of product and how much is needed — for example, the number of syringes of filler or the dose of an injectable.
Areas. How many areas or zones are treated, and how large they are.
Equipment time and consumables. For energy-based treatments, the platform used, the time it takes and any single-use parts.
Number of sessions. Some treatments work as a single session; others, such as many laser and skin-booster plans, are a course.
Complexity. Correction of earlier work, combination plans that need careful sequencing, and the doctor time involved.
“I would rather give you an accurate quote after examining you than a neat number before. The second is only a guess.”
Your quote is itemised by stage, so you can see what each step covers and what it costs. It states what is included, such as planned reviews where they apply, and anything charged separately. If the plan has several stages, the quote shows which come first and which depend on how you respond.
If, at review, a step should change, be added or be dropped, the change and its cost are explained before anything is done. You are never asked to pay for a step you have not agreed to.

Prepaid packages commit you to a number of sessions before anyone knows how you respond to the first. Time-limited prices add urgency to a medical decision that should never be urgent. Both work against the way a careful plan is built: one step, a review, then a decision about the next.
The Singapore Medical Council’s ethical code expects doctors to put patients’ interests first, to give enough information for an informed decision and to avoid using financial pressure to secure treatment. Singapore’s rules on healthcare advertising also restrict inducements. Selling plans stage by stage, with a written quote and time to decide, is how IN Eternity Clinic keeps to that.
If you are comparing clinics, compare like with like: the product and amount, the areas treated, the number of sessions, who performs the treatment and whether reviews are included. A lower headline price can reflect a smaller amount, a different product, less doctor time or a different setting. Ask each clinic to put its plan in writing. Our guide to aesthetic clinic red flags lists what to watch for, and the claims and insurance FAQ covers MediSave and insurance.

Because the cost of a plan depends on what the examination shows: the product and amount, the areas, the number of sessions and how treatments are sequenced. A figure published in advance would be too low for many people and too high for others. A written quote after assessment is accurate and easier to compare.
No. Plans are staged, with a review after each step, rather than sold as prepaid bundles or time-limited deals. This lets Dr Sin Yong adjust or stop the plan based on how you respond, and keeps the decision about each step with you, without any financial pressure to continue.
The quote reflects the plan agreed at assessment. If your response at review means a step should change, be added or be dropped, the change and its cost are explained before anything is done. You are never asked to pay for a step you have not agreed to in advance.
Cosmetic treatments are generally not claimable under MediSave or health insurance in Singapore. Some medically indicated procedures may be treated differently, depending on the scheme and your policy. Our claims and insurance FAQ explains what to check before treatment and which documents the clinic can provide.
