Every IN Eternity Clinic page on fillers, skin boosters, collagen stimulators and anti-wrinkle injections, with the complications and correction pages, reviewed by Medical Director Dr Sin Yong.
WhatsApp to Enquire →Key facts ↓This injectables hub lists every IN Eternity Clinic page on injections: dermal fillers by area, skin boosters such as Rejuran and Profhilo, collagen stimulators, anti-wrinkle injections, and the filler complications and correction pages. Fillers restore shape, boosters improve skin quality, stimulators build collagen over months. Dr Sin Yong performs injectable treatments himself.
- Who injects: Medical Director Dr Sin Yong performs injectable treatments, including filler dissolving, himself.
- Products: fillers and anti-wrinkle injections must be registered with the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) before they can be supplied in Singapore; the clinic uses authorised local suppliers and records batch numbers.
- Three different jobs: fillers restore shape and volume, skin boosters improve skin quality in the dermis, and collagen stimulators build structure gradually over months.
- Dissolvable or not: hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase; Radiesse (CaHA), Ellansé (PCL) and Sculptra (PLLA) cannot.
- Safety on site: ultrasound mapping before correction, hyaluronidase for hyaluronic acid filler events, an anaphylaxis kit and an emergency protocol for vascular events.
Which page should you read first?
Start with the owner page for the kind of injectable you are considering, and read the complications hub before any filler treatment.
- dermal fillers in Singapore — Hyaluronic acid fillers and collagen stimulators, each face area, side effects and warning signs.
- skin boosters in Singapore — HA, Profhilo, polynucleotide and PDLLA boosters compared, with sessions and downtime.
- collagen stimulators (collagen injection) — Sculptra, Radiesse, Ellansé and Juvelook compared with skin boosters.
- anti-wrinkle injections in Singapore — Forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet: onset, duration, risks and cost factors.
- filler complications — Normal swelling versus lumps, migration, a bluish tint or a blocked vessel, and when to seek urgent help.
How do you choose between fillers, skin boosters and anti-wrinkle injections?
Choose by the job to be done: relaxing a muscle, restoring shape, improving skin quality or building collagen.
| What bothers you | Usually considered | Read first |
|---|---|---|
| Lines that appear when you frown, raise your brows or smile | Anti-wrinkle injections | anti-wrinkle injections in Singapore |
| Hollows, flat cheeks, thin lips or a short chin | Hyaluronic acid filler, placed by area | dermal fillers in Singapore |
| Dull, dehydrated or crepey skin without loss of shape | Skin boosters | skin boosters in Singapore |
| Gradual loss of volume and firmness across the face | Collagen stimulators, built over sessions | collagen stimulators (collagen injection) |
| A wide lower face from a strong chewing muscle | Masseter injections | jaw slimming in Singapore |
| Earlier filler that looks heavy, puffy or misplaced | Ultrasound mapping, then dissolving or correction | filler dissolving in Singapore |
| Pale or dusky skin, severe pain or any change in vision after filler | An emergency: contact the treating clinic now; for any change in vision go to the nearest emergency department | vascular occlusion after filler |
The same face often needs more than one. A common order is to lift or tighten first, then restore support, then refine the skin, so that filler is not used to do the work of a lift. Product, placement and amount are decided at assessment, conservatively.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between fillers, skin boosters and collagen stimulators?
Fillers restore shape and volume and show at once. Skin boosters improve hydration and texture in the dermis without changing shape. Collagen stimulators prompt your own collagen over about three months. Filler vs biostimulator vs skin booster compares them side by side.
Who performs injectables at IN Eternity Clinic?
Medical Director Dr Sin Yong performs injectable treatments himself, including filler dissolving. He plans depth and entry points around the vessels of each area, and the clinic keeps hyaluronidase, an anaphylaxis kit and an emergency protocol for vascular events on site.
Can filler be dissolved?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks it down. Collagen stimulators such as Radiesse, Ellansé and Sculptra cannot be dissolved. Before any correction, ultrasound is used to see which filler is where; filler dissolving in Singapore explains the process.
What warning signs after filler need urgent help?
Skin that turns pale or blotchy and dusky, severe or increasing pain, or any change in vision after filler needs immediate attention. Contact the treating clinic straight away, and for any change in vision go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for your next appointment or try to treat it yourself.
How long do injectables last?
It varies by product, area and person. Anti-wrinkle injections are usually repeated every three to four months; hyaluronic acid fillers and collagen stimulators last considerably longer; skin boosters are given as a course with maintenance. How long aesthetic treatments last sets out the published evidence.
Are the injectables at IN Eternity Clinic HSA-registered?
Injectables such as dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections must be registered with HSA before they can be supplied in Singapore. The clinic sources them from authorised local suppliers and records the batch in your notes. HSA registration explained shows how to look a product up yourself.
