Each Profhilo syringe is the same product, so the cost depends on how many are used, over how many sessions and where. At IN Eternity Clinic on Orchard Road, Dr Sin Yong assesses your skin first and quotes the plan in writing.
WhatsApp to Enquire →Key facts ↓Profhilo cost in Singapore depends on how many syringes are used, the number of sessions (the standard protocol is two, about four weeks apart), which areas are treated and whether a different formulation such as Profhilo Structura is involved. At IN Eternity Clinic, Dr Sin Yong gives a written, itemised quote after assessing your skin.
Profhilo is unusual among injectables in that the product itself is standardised. Each syringe holds the same amount of hyaluronic acid in the same hybrid formulation, and the manufacturer describes a standard protocol. So when quotes differ, it is rarely because of the syringe. It is because of how many syringes are used, how many sessions are planned, which areas are included, who injects and what else is bundled in.
Some clinics quote a single session; others quote the full protocol. Some include the neck; others add it separately. Some combine Profhilo with other treatments in one figure. Unless the components are written out, two prices that look far apart may describe almost the same treatment, and two that look similar may describe very different ones. Bundled prices are not wrong in themselves, but they should still show the number of syringes and sessions inside them, so that the Profhilo part can be compared with a quote elsewhere.

Most of the variation comes from the factors in the table.
| Factor | What changes | Why it affects cost |
|---|---|---|
| Syringes per session | One for the face, more for extra areas | Each syringe is a fixed product cost |
| Sessions | Two, sometimes three | The protocol is a course, not one visit |
| Areas | Face, neck, hands, body | Each area has its own points and product |
| Formulation | Profhilo or Profhilo Structura | Different products for different layers |
| Doctor time | Mapping and injection | Points are adjusted to your anatomy |
| Review | Check after the course | Decides whether maintenance is needed |
The two-session protocol. The manufacturer’s standard protocol is two sessions roughly four weeks apart, and published evaluations of the hybrid formulation have used short courses of this kind. Some patients with thinner or more damaged skin are offered a third. The protocol is the real unit of cost: a single session is half a treatment, and comparing a one-session price with a full-protocol price is not a fair comparison.
Areas. The face is usually treated through five Bio Aesthetic Points on each side. The neck has its own pattern of points and normally its own syringe. Hands, décolletage and other areas are separate again. Each added area adds product, time and sometimes a session.
Formulation. Profhilo Structura is a different, more structural product placed in a deeper layer. It is not a stronger version of the same treatment and is not simply added to a standard Profhilo course. If it is relevant to your face, it should be assessed and quoted as its own plan.
“Profhilo improves the skin you have. If what you need is shape, I will tell you before you buy two syringes of the wrong thing.”
Profhilo is a hydration and skin-quality treatment. In a sixteen-week open-label study, the hybrid formulation improved measures of skin hydration and elasticity, and histological work on lax arm skin has described changes in the dermis after treatment. What it does not do is add shape. If your concern is hollowing, flattening or a heavy jowl, Profhilo will not solve it, however many syringes are used.
That distinction is worth money. Paying for a full protocol when the real problem is volume loss or laxity means paying for the wrong treatment. Equally, people with dehydrated, crepey or fine-lined skin who would benefit from a hydrating injectable sometimes spend instead on repeated facials that work only on the surface.
You are also paying for placement. The hybrid gel spreads from a small number of points, so where those points sit, at what depth and how evenly the product is delivered decide how the treatment feels and how evenly the skin responds. Five standard points on each side are a starting map; adapting them to your face, and around areas of old filler, is part of the doctor’s work.

Profhilo tends to give the most value to skin that has become dry, crepey or less resilient: fine lines across the cheeks, a loss of bounce, dullness that facials do not shift, and early crepe on the neck. People who want their skin to look and feel better without any change in shape are typical candidates, and it is often chosen by those who do not want filler.
It gives less value where the problem lies in structure. Hollows, flattening, jowls and heavy laxity need volume, structural support or tightening, and Profhilo will not supply them. Pigment needs a different plan altogether. If your budget is limited, spending it on the treatment that matches your main concern is usually more satisfying than spreading it across a skin-quality course that cannot address it.
The initial protocol is the main cost: two sessions, or sometimes three, a few weeks apart. After that, some people return for a maintenance session months later, depending on their skin and goals, and some do not need to. Because the product is standardised, the yearly cost is easy to estimate once the number of syringes per session and the likely maintenance interval are known.
Ask for that estimate at consultation, and ask that maintenance be decided at review rather than sold in advance. If Profhilo is combined with lasers, energy treatments or other injectables, the combined plan should show each part, its timing and its cost, so you can see the total for the year and change course at any point.
A fair quote names the product and formulation, states the number of syringes per session and the areas they will treat, gives the number of sessions and the spacing, and says who will inject. It should mention numbing, aftercare and whether review is included. If maintenance sessions are likely later, it should say so honestly but should not require you to pay for them in advance. If the plan includes a third session, the quote should say why your skin is expected to need it.
Ask to see the syringe. Genuine product is sealed, with batch information on the pack, and can be opened in front of you. The product sourcing page explains how IN Eternity Clinic obtains injectables, and HSA registration explained covers why registration matters.
A price below what two genuine syringes could cost. Possible explanations include a single session presented as a full treatment, a syringe split between the face and neck or between patients, or an unregistered “similar” hyaluronic acid. One syringe stretched over several areas. Spreading the same product more thinly reduces what each area receives.
A long prepaid series sold on the day. Maintenance can be discussed, but you should not need to commit to a year of sessions before your skin has responded. Injection by a non-doctor. Claims that Profhilo lifts. It improves skin quality; lifting claims are a sign that the treatment is being oversold. See aesthetic clinic red flags.
Dr Sin Yong examines skin thickness, hydration, texture and laxity and decides first whether a hydrating injectable is the right tool. For some patients Rejuran or another skin booster suits better; for others, laxity calls for an energy-based treatment. If Profhilo is suitable, he adapts the injection points to your face and sets the number of syringes, areas and sessions.
You receive a written, itemised quote listing each of those parts, plus numbing, aftercare and review. Nothing is added on the day without your agreement. Maintenance, if it is needed, is discussed at review. For the main alternatives side by side, read Rejuran vs Profhilo vs Juvelook and Skinvive vs Profhilo.
It depends on the number of syringes, the number of sessions in the protocol, the areas treated and whether Profhilo Structura is involved. A face-only two-session protocol and a face-and-neck plan differ substantially. At IN Eternity Clinic, Dr Sin Yong assesses your skin and gives a written quote that itemises each part.
Because the treatment is designed as a short course. The standard protocol is two sessions about four weeks apart, each commonly using one syringe for the face. Comparing a one-session price with a two-session price is not a like-for-like comparison, so ask which you are being quoted.
Usually, yes. The neck has its own injection points and needs its own product. Sharing one syringe between face and neck reduces what each area receives. The quote should say how many syringes are planned for each area. At IN Eternity Clinic this is set at assessment.
Structura is a different formulation placed in a deeper layer for a different purpose, so it is quoted as its own plan rather than as an add-on. Whether it suits you is decided at assessment, and the written quote states the product, amount and sessions.
Some people return for a maintenance session months after the initial protocol, depending on skin condition and goals. This is decided at review. You should not be asked to prepay for maintenance before you have seen how your skin responds to the first course.
The quote may cover one session instead of two, one syringe across several areas, or a different hyaluronic acid product. Ask for the product name, the syringe count per area, the number of sessions and who injects before comparing. Then compare like with like.
They work at different depths. Facials act on the surface; Profhilo is placed beneath it to support hydration and firmness. For dehydrated or crepey skin, a short injectable course can be better value than many surface treatments, but this depends on your skin and is discussed at assessment.
