The short answer

What is the Deep Synergy Booster?

The Deep Synergy Booster is a skin-booster ampoule made by CLASSYS. It is not injected. The ampoule is spread on cleansed skin and delivered with ultrasound, which helps carry it into the skin. The ampoule itself serves as the contact medium, so there is no gel to wipe off. CLASSYS lists glutathione, niacinamide, PDRN, centella asiatica, adenosine, seven hyaluronic acids, ten peptides and seventeen amino acids among its ingredients. It is a skin-quality treatment for hydration, a brighter-looking tone and texture. It is not a filler and not a lift. Unlike injectable skin boosters such as Rejuran (polynucleotides) or Profhilo (hyaluronic acid), it places no product with a needle, so it trades a measured injected dose for comfort and minimal downtime. At IN Eternity Clinic, Dr Sin Yong assesses you first and may pair the Deep Synergy Booster with a Hydrafacial® for surface cleansing, or with a lifting treatment where laxity is also a concern.

What the Deep Synergy Booster is chosen for

Skin that looks tired, dry or dull, without the needles

The Deep Synergy Booster works on skin quality. It suits people who want their skin to look fresher and more hydrated, and people who would not otherwise have a skin booster because they do not want needles.

Tone

Dull, uneven-looking skin

The ampoule includes glutathione and niacinamide, which CLASSYS positions for a brighter, more even-looking tone. Changes build over a course.

Hydration

Dehydrated, tight skin

Seven types of hyaluronic acid, plus arginine and amino acids, target hydration. It is often chosen when skin feels tight and shows fine dehydration lines.

Texture

Rough texture and fine lines

Adenosine and peptides are included for smoother-looking texture and fine lines. It is not a treatment for deep folds.

Needle-averse

Wanting a booster without injections

Nothing is injected, so there are no puncture marks and none of the needle bruising that can follow injectable boosters.

Occasions

Before an event

Downtime is minimal, so the Deep Synergy Booster fits when you cannot risk bruising. A Hydrafacial® is also available for a same-day clean glow.

Sensitive skin

Skin that feels dry or reactive

PDRN and centella asiatica are included for repair and soothing. Ingredients are reviewed with you for allergies before treatment.

Key facts

Ten things worth knowing about the Deep Synergy Booster and other skin boosters

  1. A CLASSYS ampouleThe Deep Synergy Booster (sold as DSB 357, “The Deep Synergy Booster”) is a skin-booster ampoule made by CLASSYS, the Korean aesthetic-device company.
  2. No needle at any pointThe ampoule is applied to the skin surface and delivered with ultrasound. Nothing is injected, so there are no puncture marks.
  3. Delivered with ultrasoundUltrasound energy passed over the ampoule helps carry its ingredients into the skin, an approach known as sonophoresis.
  4. The ampoule is the contact mediumThe ampoule takes the place of ultrasound gel, so it is not wiped off afterwards. The remaining ampoule is patted into the skin at the end.
  5. What is in itCLASSYS lists glutathione and niacinamide (tone), PDRN and centella asiatica (repair and soothing), seven hyaluronic acids and arginine (hydration), and adenosine, ten peptides and seventeen amino acids (elasticity and fine lines).
  6. Principle established; product data from the makerUltrasound can increase skin permeability, a well-studied effect. The penetration data for this ampoule comes from an ex vivo study supplied by CLASSYS, not from independent peer-reviewed clinical trials.
  7. It works as a courseSkin-quality change builds over a short course of sessions, followed by periodic maintenance. The number of sessions is set at your assessment.
  8. Skin boosters are not all the sameRejuran and Plinest are polynucleotides (PN, from salmon and trout DNA); Profhilo is high-concentration hyaluronic acid; Juvelook combines PDLLA with hyaluronic acid. They work in different ways and are injected, whereas the Deep Synergy Booster is applied to the skin and delivered with ultrasound.
  9. “Needle-free” can mean different thingsUltrasound-assisted delivery, needle-free jet injectors and electroporation are all marketed as needle-free. A jet injector still pushes product under the skin; ultrasound delivery does not pierce it.
  10. Skin quality, not a lift or a fillerThe Deep Synergy Booster improves the look and feel of the skin. It does not add volume and does not treat sagging. Where laxity is the concern, lifting treatments are discussed alongside it.
The Deep Synergy Booster brings skin-quality treatment to people who would never have a needle. But it is not an injection and it is not a lift, and patients should know exactly which one they are buying.

Head to head

Which skin booster? The comparisons patients ask about

Short, direct answers to the comparisons we are asked about most often in clinic.

Deep Synergy vs Rejuran

Deep Synergy Booster vs Rejuran

Rejuran injects polynucleotides into the dermis for repair and texture, with small bumps for a few days. The Deep Synergy Booster contains PDRN among other actives but is applied to the skin and delivered with ultrasound, with no needles. Rejuran suits a set injected dose; Deep Synergy suits people who want to avoid needles and downtime.

Deep Synergy vs Profhilo

Deep Synergy Booster vs Profhilo

Profhilo injects a high concentration of hyaluronic acid at a few points per side to hydrate and improve laxity, usually over 2 sessions. The Deep Synergy Booster is needle-free and focuses on hydration, tone and texture; it does not deliver an injected hyaluronic acid dose.

Profhilo vs Rejuran

Profhilo vs Rejuran

Profhilo is hyaluronic acid for hydration and laxity. Rejuran is polynucleotide for repair and texture. They work differently and are sometimes combined in one plan.

Juvelook vs Rejuran

Juvelook vs Rejuran

Juvelook pairs PDLLA, a collagen stimulator that works gradually, with hyaluronic acid. Rejuran uses polynucleotides for repair. One builds collagen over months; the other supports skin repair.

Plinest vs Rejuran

Plinest vs Rejuran

Both are polynucleotide boosters: Plinest from trout DNA (Mastelli, Italy) and Rejuran from salmon DNA (PharmaResearch, Korea). They belong to the same category, with differences in formulation and range.

Deep Synergy vs Hydrafacial

Deep Synergy Booster vs Hydrafacial®

A Hydrafacial® cleanses, extracts and infuses serums at the surface for a same-day glow. The Deep Synergy Booster uses ultrasound to help an active ampoule into the skin over a course. Many people alternate the two.

Needleless Rejuran?

Is there a “needleless Rejuran”?

Rejuran as a clinic treatment is injected. Offers of “needleless Rejuran” usually mean a polynucleotide product applied to the skin with a device. If you want a needle-free option, the Deep Synergy Booster is an ampoule designed for ultrasound delivery that includes PDRN.

Skincare vs clinic

Rejuran masks and ampoules vs Rejuran injections

Rejuran masks, the Turnover ampoule and the Dual Effect ampoule are home skincare applied to the surface. They are different products from the Rejuran injected in clinic.

Needle-free skin boosters

Questions patients ask

Deep Synergy Booster and Hydrafacial FAQ

What is the Deep Synergy Booster?

The Deep Synergy Booster is a CLASSYS skin-booster ampoule. It is applied to the skin and delivered with ultrasound, so no injections are used.

Is the Deep Synergy Booster really needle-free?

Yes. The ampoule is spread on cleansed skin and ultrasound is used to help it penetrate. Nothing is injected at any point.

What is in the Deep Synergy Booster ampoule?

CLASSYS lists glutathione, niacinamide, PDRN (sodium DNA), centella asiatica extract, adenosine, arginine, seven types of hyaluronic acid, ten peptides and seventeen amino acids.

How is it different from an injectable skin booster?

An injectable booster places a measured dose at a chosen depth with a needle. The Deep Synergy Booster avoids needles and puncture marks and relies on ultrasound-assisted delivery. Injectables remain the better choice when a precise dermal dose is needed, and both are available at IN Eternity Clinic.

Is the Deep Synergy Booster better than Rejuran?

Neither is better in general; they do different jobs. Rejuran injects polynucleotides at a set depth for repair and texture. The Deep Synergy Booster is needle-free and suits people who want hydration, tone and texture with minimal downtime. Dr Sin Yong recommends one, the other or both after assessment.

Deep Synergy Booster or Profhilo: which should I choose?

Profhilo is an injected hyaluronic acid for hydration and laxity, usually given as 2 sessions. The Deep Synergy Booster avoids needles and works on hydration, tone and texture. Where laxity is the main concern, an injectable or lifting treatment may be advised instead.

What is the difference between Profhilo and Rejuran?

Profhilo is high-concentration hyaluronic acid injected at a few points per side for hydration and laxity. Rejuran is polynucleotide injected across the area for repair and texture. They are sometimes combined.

What is the difference between Juvelook and Rejuran?

Juvelook combines PDLLA, which stimulates collagen gradually, with hyaluronic acid. Rejuran uses polynucleotides to support skin repair. They work through different mechanisms.

Is there a needleless Rejuran?

Rejuran as a clinic treatment is injected. So-called needleless Rejuran usually means a polynucleotide product applied to the skin with a device. The Deep Synergy Booster is a needle-free ampoule designed for ultrasound delivery that includes PDRN.

Are Rejuran masks and ampoules the same as Rejuran injections?

No. Rejuran masks and ampoules, such as the Turnover ampoule, are home skincare applied to the surface. The Rejuran used in clinic is an injectable product.

How many sessions do I need?

It is usually done as a short course of sessions, followed by periodic maintenance. Dr Sin Yong recommends a plan after assessing your skin.

Does it hurt, and is there downtime?

Most people find it comfortable, with at most mild warmth. Mild redness can follow but usually settles quickly, and most people return to normal activities the same day.

Can it be combined with other treatments?

Yes, where suitable. It can be scheduled alongside a Hydrafacial® or a lifting treatment when both skin quality and laxity are concerns. Dr Sin Yong plans the combination at assessment.

Deep Synergy Booster or Hydrafacial: which should I choose?

A Hydrafacial works on the surface for an immediate clean, hydrated glow and suits congested or dull skin. The Deep Synergy Booster works on hydration, tone and texture over a course, without needles. Many people alternate the two.

How much does the Deep Synergy Booster cost in Singapore?

Cost depends on the areas treated, the number of sessions and whether it is combined with another treatment. IN Eternity Clinic confirms your plan and cost at consultation.

Who performs the treatment?

Every patient is assessed by Medical Director Dr Sin Yong, an International Key Opinion Leader for CLASSYS, who sets the plan for your skin.
