Rejuran is a polynucleotide injectable priced by the product used and the course planned. At IN Eternity Clinic on Orchard Road, Dr Sin Yong assesses your skin first, then gives you a written quote that shows each part.
WhatsApp to Enquire →Key facts ↓Rejuran price in Singapore depends on which variant is used, how many syringes your skin and areas need, how many sessions the course runs to and how the product is delivered. Genuine, registered product and doctor time are fixed costs. At IN Eternity Clinic, Dr Sin Yong gives a written, itemised quote after assessing your skin.
Rejuran is often advertised as if it were a single treatment with a single price, but what is actually injected varies. Different formulations are made for general skin quality, for the thin skin under the eyes and for acne scars. The amount used depends on how many areas are treated and on how thin or damaged the skin is. And because benefit builds over a course rather than after one visit, the number of sessions often matters more to the total than the price of any single session.
The way the product reaches the skin also differs. Some clinics inject it in a closely spaced grid of micro-injections; some use assisted delivery methods; and some sell “Rejuran facials” that apply a topical cosmetic product with no injection at all. These are not the same treatment, and comparing their prices directly tells you very little.

Six factors account for most of the difference between quotes.
| Factor | What changes | Why it affects cost |
|---|---|---|
| Variant | General, under-eye or scar formulation | Different products, concentrations and uses |
| Syringes | How much product per session | Each single-use syringe is a fixed cost |
| Sessions | Length of the course | Benefit builds over several visits |
| Delivery | Micro-injection or assisted delivery | Different time and consumables |
| Areas | Face, under-eye, neck | Each area adds product and time |
| Review | Checks between sessions | Lets the plan change before the next visit |
Variant. Rejuran Healer is the formulation used for general skin quality: texture, fine lines, dullness and resilience. Other formulations exist for the delicate under-eye skin (Rejuran i) and for atrophic acne scars (Rejuran S). They are priced differently and are not interchangeable; using a scar product across the whole face, or a general product in a deep scar, wastes money. If a different variant would suit your skin, Dr Sin Yong will explain whether he would use it and why.
Syringes and areas. Product comes in single-use syringes that cannot be kept for a later visit once opened. A full face may need more than one; adding the neck or under-eyes needs more again. Thin, sun-damaged skin may need product spread over more points, which takes more time as well as more product.
Sessions. Rejuran is usually planned as a course of several sessions a few weeks apart, then reviewed. The course length is set by how your skin responds, which is why a fair quote states the planned number but leaves room to stop or change direction at review.
“The price of Rejuran is mostly the product and the course. The part I will not cut short is checking that it is the right product for your skin.”
Yes. Placing many small deposits evenly in the dermis with a fine needle is slow, careful work, and the doctor’s time is part of the cost. Numbing cream is applied for twenty minutes or more beforehand, and small bumps are visible for a day or so afterwards. A small comparative study found that needle-free jet delivery of polynucleotide was also effective, with a different comfort and recovery profile. At IN Eternity Clinic, a needle-free option is available through the Deep Synergy Booster, and Dr Sin Yong will explain which route suits your skin and timetable.
What does not count as a Rejuran injection treatment is a facial that applies a polynucleotide-containing skincare product to the surface. Large molecules applied to intact skin do not reach the dermis in the same way. Such facials may feel pleasant, but they should be priced, and judged, as facials.

Rejuran tends to give the most value where the skin itself is the problem: thinning, dullness, fine crepe, enlarged pores, sensitivity after sun exposure or a weakened barrier, and early acne scarring. People in their thirties and forties who want firmer, more resilient skin without any change in shape are typical candidates. It is also used where skin needs support to recover, for example between laser sessions, under medical guidance.
It gives less value where the problem lies deeper. Lost volume, hollows, jowls and heavy laxity are not treated by polynucleotides, and pigment such as melasma needs a different plan. Paying for a long course in those situations is paying for the wrong layer. For skin that is mainly dry rather than thin, a hyaluronic acid booster may be more economical. Dr Sin Yong will say if a different treatment would use your budget better.
The first course is the largest outlay because it is several sessions close together. After review, many people move to occasional maintenance spaced months apart rather than repeating the full course. How often depends on age, skin condition, sun exposure and what else is being done. A plan that sets maintenance by your response, rather than by a calendar sold in advance, usually costs less over time and is easier to stop if the benefit is not worth it to you. If you are combining Rejuran with laser or energy treatments, ask for the combined plan over the year so you can see the total and the order, not only the price of each part on the day.
A fair quote names the product and variant, states how many syringes will be used per session and in which areas, gives the planned number of sessions and the spacing between them, and says who will inject. It should list numbing, aftercare and whether review visits are included. If the quote is for a course, it should say what happens if you stop part way, or if the doctor recommends changing the plan at review.
You are also entitled to see the product. Genuine Rejuran comes sealed, with batch information on the pack. At IN Eternity Clinic product is opened in front of you, and you can read more about how the clinic sources injectables on the product sourcing page and how registration works on HSA registration explained. If you are told a product is “the same as” Rejuran but cheaper, ask for its name and registration status; similar-sounding polynucleotide products are not interchangeable.
A price below what genuine product could cost. Unregistered imports, unknown “salmon DNA” injectables and product split between patients all exist. A very low price is worth a question about where the product came from. A long prepaid course sold on the day. A course can be planned in advance, but committing to many sessions before your skin has responded to the first is a sales decision.
No named injector, or injection by a non-doctor. Rejuran is an injectable medical product. Vague volume. “Full face Rejuran” without a syringe count cannot be compared with anything. Promises of a fixed result. Response varies with age, skin condition and sun exposure. More signs to watch for are in aesthetic clinic red flags.
Dr Sin Yong first checks whether a polynucleotide is the right tool. For skin that mainly needs hydration, a hyaluronic acid booster such as Profhilo may suit better; for laxity, an energy-based treatment may be more useful; for pigment, neither helps much. If Rejuran is suitable, he decides the variant, the number of syringes, the areas and the spacing of sessions.
You then receive a written, itemised quote with each of those parts stated, including numbing, aftercare and review. Nothing is added on the day without your agreement, and the course is reviewed as it goes rather than fixed in advance. For a side-by-side view of the main options, read Rejuran vs Profhilo vs Juvelook.
It depends on the variant, the number of syringes per session, the areas treated and the number of sessions in the course. A single under-eye session and a full-face course with the neck are very different treatments. At IN Eternity Clinic, Dr Sin Yong assesses your skin and gives you a written quote that itemises each of these before you commit.
Mainly on the number of syringes used and the number of sessions planned, plus the doctor’s time and aftercare. Rejuran Healer is the general skin-quality formulation; its cost per session depends on how many areas are treated and how thin or damaged the skin is.
Most plans involve a course of several sessions a few weeks apart, followed by review. The number depends on skin condition and response. A fair plan states the expected number but is reviewed after each visit rather than locked in before the first.
Not necessarily. Needle-free assisted delivery uses different consumables and time. It may suit people who want less visible bumping afterwards. Dr Sin Yong will explain whether injection or needle-free delivery fits your skin and timetable, and the quote will reflect the method chosen.
Possible reasons include a topical facial rather than an injection, less product, product split between patients or unregistered imports. Ask what exactly is being used, how many syringes, whether it is opened in front of you and who injects it.
Often, yes. It is commonly sequenced with laser or energy-based treatments and with hyaluronic acid boosters. Timing matters, so combined plans are set at assessment and each part is listed separately in the written quote. You can then decide which parts to do first.
How consultation is charged is explained before you book. At IN Eternity Clinic the assessment comes first and the written quote follows it, so you know the full cost of any treatment before deciding. See the fees page for how this works.
