BBL Singapore — Integrated Body Contouring Without Surgery
The traditional Brazilian Butt Lift involves liposuction from the abdomen and flanks, followed by fat transfer to the gluteal region — a high-risk surgical procedure with significant recovery time. Dr Sin Yong's integrated non-surgical BBL approach works towards a similar shape through body contouring technology and treatment planning, with a more modest degree of change — a non-surgical buttock lift option in Singapore for patients who do not want surgery.
By reducing volume in the lower back and lateral hip regions using radiofrequency energy, and simultaneously stimulating collagen and skin tightening in the gluteal zone, the treatment creates the appearance of a rounder, higher and better-defined buttock — without incisions or anaesthesia, and with little downtime.
What We Address
Loss of fullness and lift in the upper buttock creates a flat or ptotic appearance. Non-surgical BBL Singapore protocols use energy-based treatments to stimulate collagen, tighten and elevate the gluteal skin — aiming for visible lift without surgery.
Excess fat in the lumbar-sacral region flattens the gluteal curve. RF contouring creates the visual contrast that defines the buttock shape.
Hip dips and lateral flattening reduce the hourglass silhouette. Strategic contouring of the hip and thigh region enhances overall body proportions.
Skin laxity in the gluteal and thigh area undermines the appearance of lift. RF energy stimulates deep collagen production to improve skin firmness.

Frequently Asked Questions
A non-surgical Brazilian Buttock Lift lifts and shapes the buttocks without surgery or fat transfer, using energy-based contouring and collagen-stimulating techniques to firm and define the area. It suits patients wanting improvement without the downtime of surgery; what is achievable is assessed at IN Eternity Clinic by Medical Director Dr Sin Yong.
Pricing depends on the areas treated and the number of sessions your plan involves. Because body work is tailored to your shape and goals, IN Eternity Clinic explains the full plan and cost at consultation rather than a fixed price.
Results from the Brazilian Buttock Lift develop over the weeks following treatment, and how long they hold varies with body weight, lifestyle and the individual. Maintenance is discussed as part of your plan.
Only to a limited degree. Energy-based treatment can firm the skin and sharpen the outline by reducing the areas around it, but it does not add the volume of a fat transfer. Where real volume is the goal, that is said at assessment.
Partly. Hip dips are shaped largely by the pelvis and the way fat sits around it, so they cannot be removed. Reducing fullness just above or below the dip can soften how it looks in suitable people.
Usually once you have recovered from delivery and finished breastfeeding, and once your weight has been stable for a few months. Abdominal muscle separation and loose skin after pregnancy are assessed separately.
This non-surgical BBL in Singapore enhances and lifts the buttocks without surgery, offering a safer alternative to a traditional Brazilian buttock lift.
Does it hurt? Comfort and numbing
The integrated non-surgical BBL uses radiofrequency energy over the lower back, flanks, hips and buttocks, so the main sensation is heat. Most people feel a deep, spreading warmth that builds as the handpiece moves across each zone, rather like a hot stone massage, with brief moments of stronger heat over bonier areas such as the top of the hip and the base of the spine.
No anaesthesia or numbing cream is needed. Dr Sin Yong checks in with you throughout each 45 to 60 minute region and lowers the energy or moves on if a spot feels too hot; sharp or burning heat should always be mentioned straight away rather than tolerated. Afterwards the skin is pink and warm for an hour or two and may feel slightly tender, as after a sauna or a long massage. You can sit, drive and carry on with your day, and loose, comfortable clothing is easiest.
What to expect, day by day
- Day 0: The skin is pink and warm for an hour or two. Sitting, driving and normal activities carry on straight away; drink water as usual.
- Days 1–3: Mild tenderness is possible but uncommon. No visible change is expected yet. Normal exercise, including glute training, can continue.
- Week 1: There is nothing particular to manage. Keeping your weight stable and staying active supports the result.
- Weeks 2–4: The next session is usually due within this period, as sessions are spaced two to four weeks apart. Change in contour develops over three to six weeks after each session.
- Review: Progress is reviewed with photographs taken standing in the same position and lighting, and a maintenance plan is set once the course is complete.
Common myths, answered
- Myth: A non-surgical BBL adds volume to the buttocks.
Fact: There is no fat transfer or filler. The shape comes from reducing fullness around the buttock, over the lower back and hips, and firming the skin, which makes the buttock look rounder and higher. - Myth: Glute workouts alone give the same shape.
Fact: Strength training builds muscle and helps the result, but it does not reduce localised fat over the lower back or firm loose skin. The two work well together. - Myth: Non-surgical means there are no risks.
Fact: Radiofrequency can cause redness and, rarely, a burn if energy is too high. Metal implants in the area, pregnancy and some medical devices are reasons to avoid treatment. - Myth: The shape changes after the first session.
Fact: Change develops over three to six weeks and builds across a course, so it is judged at review rather than straight away.
“This approach shapes the frame around the buttock. It does not add the volume that fat transfer adds, and anyone who wants that should hear it before starting.”
More questions answered
Can I sit down normally after treatment?
Yes. There are no incisions, no anaesthesia and nothing that needs protecting, so you can sit, drive and work straight away. This is one of the main differences from a surgical buttock lift with fat transfer, after which sitting is restricted for weeks. If the skin feels warm, loose clothing is more comfortable for the rest of the day.
Will people be able to tell I had it done?
No. There are no marks or dressings, and the treated areas sit under clothing. Because change in contour develops gradually over weeks and builds across a course, people tend to notice that clothes fit differently or that your silhouette looks more defined rather than spotting a treatment.
Do I need to change my diet or exercise during the course?
No special diet is needed, but keeping your weight stable helps the result hold, and regular exercise, especially lower-body strength work, complements the contouring. Large swings in weight during the course make the change harder to judge. Dr Sin Yong may suggest simple lifestyle measures as part of the maintenance plan.
