3D Facial Reconstruction plans lifting, volume and skin surface as one sequence rather than separate treatments — a layered approach within the options for a non-surgical facelift in Singapore, directed by Medical Director Dr Sin Yong.
3D Facial Reconstruction is IN Eternity Clinic’s layered, non-surgical plan for a face that has changed at more than one depth: lifting with VF Lift – Vertical Facelift or Time Freeze Laser LCLR®, volume with filler or a collagen stimulator, then skin treatment. It is usually staged over several visits, recovery depends on each step, and it suits early to moderate ageing rather than heavy excess skin.
The visible signs of facial ageing result from changes at three distinct structural layers simultaneously. At the deep level, ligaments weaken and fat compartments descend. At the mid level, volume redistributes — some areas hollowing, others accumulating excess. At the surface, skin texture, tone and elasticity change. Treating only one layer — volume alone, or lifting alone — produces incomplete results.
The 3D Facial Reconstruction protocol maps your specific pattern of ageing and assigns a treatment modality to each layer. Deep tissue laxity is addressed with VF Lift – Vertical Facelift, Time Freeze Laser LCLR or thread lifting. Volume loss is restored with strategic filler placement or adipose stimulation. Surface quality is improved with laser resurfacing, energy-based skin tightening or injectables. Each element reinforces the others.
Ligament-level lifting and tightening using Volnewmer volumetric radiofrequency (VF Lift – Vertical Facelift) or focused ultrasound energy to address the root cause of descent and jowling.
Strategic filler placement or biostimulator injections to restore hollow temples, cheeks and tear troughs — and deflate areas of pseudovolume (excess puffiness).
Laser resurfacing, skin tightening and injectable skin quality treatments to address pigmentation, texture, pore size and dermal density.
Treatment modalities are sequenced and calibrated so each layer's result enhances the others. Lifting first reduces the volume of filler needed. Surface treatment applied to lifted skin delivers better outcomes.
No two 3D reconstruction protocols are identical. Dr Sin Yong maps your face's specific pattern of ageing at consultation and designs a sequenced treatment plan.
Some changes, such as filler volume, are seen on the day; collagen and biostimulator responses develop over three to six months and vary between people.
Dr Sin Yong assesses all three layers — tissue laxity, volume distribution and surface quality — and designs a personalised 3D treatment plan.
Deep lifting treatment (VF Lift – Vertical Facelift, Time Freeze or threads) is performed first to address the structural foundation.
After the foundation is established, volume restoration or biostimulation is performed as needed at the mid layer.
Surface laser or energy treatments complete the protocol, addressing skin quality on a face that has already been structurally optimised.
The plan runs over several visits, usually one layer at a time. Each visit follows the same order.
Dr Sin Yong presented this 3D Facial Reconstruction approach at AMWC Asia–TDAC 2026 in Taipei, where — invited by HIRONIC and hosted by Taiwan distributor Collamatrix — he shared his clinical experience with attending Taiwan doctors on how the New Doublo 2.0 serves as the structural lifting foundation of the protocol, under the theme “One System, Three Energies.” Read the AMWC Taiwan report →
3D Facial Reconstruction is a non-surgical protocol at IN Eternity Clinic that restructures the face across multiple depths — using radiofrequency and energy-based tools to remodel deeper fat compartments and tissue, rather than only treating the surface. It targets areas such as the nasolabial folds and jowls, and is planned by Medical Director Dr Sin Yong.
The protocol varies by patient. Some receive all three layers in 1–2 sessions; others require 3–4 spaced visits to allow each layer's result to develop before adding the next. Dr Sin Yong maps the full protocol at consultation.
Yes. In younger patients with early signs of ageing, 3D reconstruction can be preventive — addressing early laxity and volume changes before they become established.
Each layer behaves differently: collagen tightening is usually maintained with periodic sessions, threads soften as they dissolve, and filler is reviewed as it is gradually broken down. How long any change is seen varies with age, skin and lifestyle, and maintenance is planned layer by layer.
In some patients, yes. Others benefit from staged treatment to allow each layer to settle and reveal the result before the next is added. Dr Sin Yong advises on the optimal sequence at consultation.
The Definitive Dynamic Depth protocol is not a list of separate treatments — it is a single integrated plan that maps how each layer interacts with the others, sequences treatments accordingly, and calibrates the volume and energy used at each depth to complement the others.
Pricing depends on the areas treated and the depth and extent of work your result needs. Because the plan is matched to your face, IN Eternity Clinic gives a plan and cost after assessment rather than a fixed price.
Most patients feel warmth or brief deep pulses as energy is delivered, with settings adjusted for comfort. Any sensation is momentary and passes as each area is completed. What to expect is explained beforehand at IN Eternity Clinic.
It can be planned for skin types III to V, which are common in Singapore, but heat- and laser-based steps carry a higher risk of temporary pigment darkening. Settings, cooling, spacing between sessions and strict sun protection reduce it. How the plan is adjusted is explained on treatments for darker skin tones.
A non-surgical plan suits early to moderate laxity and volume change, where skin can still respond. When there is true excess skin, heavy jowls or deep neck laxity, a surgical facelift gives a change no layered plan can. Dr Sin Yong will say which applies; the non-surgical facelift guide compares both.
It depends on the step. Energy-based lifting usually leaves only redness or warmth for hours, filler can mean swelling or a bruise for several days, and laser on the skin surface can cause redness or flaking for longer. Because visits are staged, each step’s downtime is given to you with the plan, so events can be worked around.
Usually yes, but earlier product is assessed first, sometimes with ultrasound, because filler that has spread or built up can make the face heavier. Where that is the case, filler correction may come before any new volume is added, and lifting may be planned in place of more filler.
Every 3D Facial Reconstruction protocol begins at Depth 1 — the structural foundation. These are the two energy-based lifting treatments Dr Sin Yong deploys at the deep layer, chosen based on your specific pattern of laxity, volume and skin quality.
3D Facial Reconstruction is a layered, non-surgical plan that sequences lifting, volume and skin treatment at different depths.
Considering facelift in Singapore? At IN Eternity Clinic on Orchard Road, every consultation begins with listening — never a treatment menu. Whether your interest is non surgical facelift, sagging face or skin tightening treatment, Medical Director Dr Sin Yong shapes a plan to your face, your skin and your life, for restoration that looks natural and timeless. Founded by AYA, IN Eternity Clinic pairs the care of a doctor-led aesthetic clinic in Singapore with genuine, unhurried care.
Single treatments each work on one layer: VF Lift – Vertical Facelift and Time Freeze Laser LCLR® on laxity, fillers and collagen stimulators on lost support, and lasers or skin boosters on the surface. 3D Facial Reconstruction is the plan that decides which of these a face needs and in what order, so that lifting comes before volume and skin work is done on a face that has already been supported.
It is not a substitute for surgery where skin is in true excess. For a comparison of each method, and the point at which a surgical facelift is the better answer, see the guide to non-surgical facelift in Singapore.
Each layer carries the risks of the treatment used for it. Published reviews of energy-based lifting and of filler complications describe these (see References).

When to contact the clinic
The plan, and so its cost, depends on how many layers your face needs and in what order.
| What affects the cost | Why it changes the plan |
|---|---|
| Layers treated | Some faces need work at one or two depths, others at all three. |
| Treatments used | VF Lift – Vertical Facelift, Time Freeze Laser LCLR®, threads, filler, collagen stimulators or laser each have their own place and price. |
| Number of visits | Staged plans spread layers across visits so each settles before the next. |
| Product amount | Volume steps depend on how much support has been lost. |
| Assessment findings | Older filler, marked laxity or pigment-prone skin can change the order or the tools chosen. |
How consultation and treatment fees work is set out on the fees page.
At IN Eternity Clinic a consultation fee applies, and it is waived if you go ahead with any medical treatment; the fee is S$120.
