Who Rejuran suits and who it does not, realistic results and timelines, what Singapore clinics publish for it, and the other skin boosters worth comparing.
WhatsApp to Enquire →Key facts ↓Rejuran is usually worth it for thin, dull, crepey or slow-to-recover skin, and as part of a plan for shallow acne scars, when given as a course of about three sessions. It is not worth it for volume, sagging or pigment. Published prices are thin: one clinic listed Rejuran at S$650 per session in October 2026. IN Eternity Clinic’s consultation fee is S$120, waived with any medical treatment.
Rejuran is usually worth it when the skin itself is the problem: thin, dull or crepey skin, fine lines across the cheeks, enlarged pores and rough texture, skin that is slow to recover after sun or procedures, and some early, shallow acne scarring. It is usually not worth it for lost volume, hollows, sagging or pigment such as melasma, because polynucleotides work on skin quality, not on shape or colour.
Rejuran is a family of injectable polynucleotides (PN), purified DNA fragments from salmon, placed in the dermis as many small deposits. They are thought to support repair partly through adenosine A2A receptors, with effects on fibroblasts and inflammation. It is a course, not a single visit, so value depends on the whole plan. How IN Eternity Clinic uses it is on Rejuran Singapore.
| Concern | Usually worth it? | Why | Often considered instead or as well |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thin, dull or crepey skin | Often | The skin-quality problem polynucleotides target | Rejuran Healer as a course |
| Crepe under the eyes | Sometimes | A thinner formulation suits the lower lid; a hollow needs other help | Tear trough assessment |
| Enlarged pores, rough texture | Sometimes | Usually combined with energy treatments | RF microneedling |
| Shallow acne scars | As part of a plan | Rejuran S supports skin quality; deep scars need structural work | Acne scar plan |
| Dryness more than thinness | Sometimes | Hyaluronic acid may be more economical | Profhilo |
| Volume loss, hollows | Not worth it | Polynucleotides do not add volume | Filler or collagen stimulators |
| Sagging, jowls | Not worth it | Skin quality is not the main problem | Face lifting options |
| Melasma, brown pigment | Not on its own | Pigment needs its own plan | Melasma treatment |

The evidence is real but modest. Laboratory and clinical reviews describe how polynucleotides and the related PDRN support repair. A small case series reported skin-quality improvement with long-chain polynucleotide injections, a consensus report described how one polynucleotide technology is used, and a randomised exploratory study compared a polynucleotide with cross-linked hyaluronic acid for nasolabial folds. A 2024 review summarised practice and perceived effectiveness, and a 2025 study compared needle injection with needle-free delivery. Much of this work is small or uses other polynucleotide brands, so expectations should be measured.
| When | What usually happens | What it means for value |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 to 2 | Small bumps at injection points; mild redness | Plan around events |
| Weeks 1 to 4 | Skin often feels more hydrated and settled | Early comfort is not the final result |
| After a course of about three sessions | Texture, fine lines and resilience are judged | The fair review point |
| Months later | Maintenance may be planned every few months | Set by response, not prepaid |
“Rejuran is worth it when the skin itself is the problem. It repairs the canvas; it does not change the shape of the face it sits on.”
The published range for Rejuran itself is thin. On 17 October 2026, only one of the clinics whose price pages were read named Rejuran, at S$650 per session for Rejuran Healer 2 ml or Rejuran S 1 ml. Three more clinics listed polynucleotide boosters without naming the brand, at S$600–S$750. Unbranded PN products may not be Rejuran, so they are shown separately.
| Treatment variant | Published range | Number of clinics | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rejuran, brand named (Healer 2 ml; Rejuran S 1 ml) | S$650 (one clinic only: range is thin) | 1 | Nexus Aesthetic read 17 Oct 2026 |
| Polynucleotide (PN) booster, brand not named | S$600–S$750 (includes “from” prices) | 3 | V Medical Aesthetics & Laser Clinic, SL Aesthetic Clinic, Illumia Medical Aesthetics read 17 Oct 2026 |
Because Rejuran is a course, the total matters more than one session. As simple arithmetic on the unbranded PN prices, three sessions would come to about S$1,800–S$2,250 before GST, if one syringe were used per session; more areas or more product change that. For comparison only, hyaluronic acid skin boosters were listed at S$488–S$1,000 (6 clinics), Profhilo at S$1,000–S$1,500 (2 clinics) and PDLLA boosters including Juvelook at S$980–S$1,500 (5 clinics). What sets the price is explained in Rejuran price in Singapore, and the wider list is in the Singapore aesthetic treatment price guide.

A fuller checklist for choosing where to be treated is in how to choose an aesthetic clinic in Singapore, and published ranges for 25 common treatments are in the Singapore aesthetic treatment price guide.
Dr Sin Yong, Medical Director, looks at skin thickness, texture, hydration and laxity, and decides first whether a polynucleotide is the right tool. Where hydration is the main need, Profhilo may suit better; for laxity, an energy-based treatment; for pigment, neither. If Rejuran suits, he chooses the formulation, the amount, the areas and the spacing, and the plan and its cost are written down before the first session. The consultation fee is S$120, waived with any medical treatment; see fees.
For shallow scars and the skin around them, Rejuran S can be a useful part of a plan. Deep ice-pick, boxcar and rolling scars need structural treatment such as TCA CROSS, subcision or resurfacing, so Rejuran is usually a supporting step.
It can be for thin, crepey lower-lid skin, using the eye formulation. If the main problem is a hollow or a fat bulge, other treatments come first, so the under-eye is assessed before deciding.
Most plans are about three sessions a few weeks apart, and the fair review comes after the course. One session is rarely enough to judge.
After a course, many people move to occasional maintenance every few months. How long the change holds varies with age, skin condition and sun exposure.
Published prices for Rejuran itself are thin: on 17 October 2026 one clinic listed S$650 per session, and three listed unbranded polynucleotide boosters at S$600–S$750. These are other clinics’ prices; IN Eternity Clinic quotes after assessment, and its consultation fee is S$120, waived with any medical treatment.
They do different jobs. Rejuran focuses on repair and resilience; Profhilo on hydration and firmness. Which is worth it depends on whether your skin is mainly thin and fragile or mainly dry and lax.
No. A facial applies a polynucleotide-containing product to the surface, while the injection places it in the dermis. They are different treatments and should not be compared on price alone.
