In short · Doctor’s answer

Skin tightening cost in Singapore depends on the device (HIFU, micro-focused ultrasound, monopolar radiofrequency or microneedling radiofrequency), the area (full face, lower face, neck, eyes or body), how many lines, shots or passes are delivered, whether a doctor or a therapist performs it, and whether reviews and maintenance are included. Prices are confirmed at the consultation; this page lists none. The consultation fee at IN Eternity Clinic is S$120, waived with any medical treatment.

What moves the price

What skin tightening is priced on

General structure of Singapore clinic pricing.
FactorWhy it matters
DeviceConsumables differ: Ultherapy and Thermage use single-use transducers or tips; HIFU cartridges have a shot limit; radiofrequency microneedling uses a needle tip per session
AreaFull face and neck is a different treatment from lower face only; eyes and body are priced separately
Lines, shots or passesMore coverage costs more; a very low shot count may mean an under-treated face
Who performs itDoctor-performed sessions are priced above therapist-performed ones
Review and maintenanceSome quotes include a review and a maintenance session; many do not
Combination plansTightening is often staged with injectables or threads; ask for the whole plan in writing

The main tightening devices are compared on the skin tightening page. The price difference between them reflects consumables and session length more than results, and the right choice follows which layer has loosened.

Before you pay

What to check before paying

  • Which device and handpiece, and how many lines or shots are included
  • Whether a doctor performs the treatment
  • What the quoted figure includes: numbing, review, maintenance
  • Why this device for your face, rather than the one on offer this month
  • Whether a package is being sold; Singapore Medical Council guidelines discourage sales tactics in aesthetic practice

At IN Eternity Clinic, Dr Sin Yong examines which layer has changed, says plainly when surgery is the realistic answer, and gives a written, itemised quote after assessment. There are no prepaid packages or time-limited deals.

Questions

Skin tightening cost questions

How much does skin tightening cost in Singapore?

It depends on the device, the area, the number of lines or shots, who performs it and what is included. Clinic prices are confirmed at the consultation rather than listed online. The consultation fee at IN Eternity Clinic is S$120, waived with any medical treatment.

Which skin tightening treatment is cheapest?

Headline prices vary by device because consumables differ, but a cheaper session that under-treats costs more over time. The useful question is which treatment suits the layer that has loosened; the comparison is on the skin tightening page.

Is HIFU cheaper than Ultherapy?

Usually, because Ultherapy uses single-use transducers and live imaging. They work on similar depths but are not identical, and the choice follows the face at assessment. Both are explained on their own pages and cost guides.

How often will I need to repeat skin tightening?

Most energy-based tightening is repeated every one to two years as the face continues to age, so ask what maintenance is expected when comparing quotes. A single session is a fair comparison only if both quotes cover the same area and coverage.

Is skin tightening claimable on insurance?

No. Non-surgical skin tightening is an elective aesthetic procedure and is not covered by insurance or MediSave in Singapore.
