A short WhatsApp video call lets you describe your concern, show the area and ask questions before you come to IN Eternity Clinic on Orchard Road. Dr Sin Yong uses it to plan, not to treat or prescribe.
WhatsApp to Enquire →Key facts ↓Yes. IN Eternity Clinic offers a video pre-consultation on WhatsApp (+65 8815 3008). It is used to understand your concern, look at the area, explain which options are worth discussing and plan your visit. Diagnosis of skin growths, laser settings and any injectable treatment are decided only in person, and prescription medicines are never prescribed remotely.
Send a message to +65 8815 3008 with a line about your concern and a few times that suit you. The clinic replies with a call slot. At the agreed time Dr Sin Yong calls you on WhatsApp video. Sit facing a window if you can; daylight shows skin colour and texture far better than overhead lighting.
The call covers what is bothering you and for how long, your medical history and current medicines, anything you have had done before and how it went, and what you are hoping for. Dr Sin Yong may ask you to turn your head, raise your eyebrows or smile so he can see how the area behaves on movement.
At the end you will know whether a visit is worthwhile, which options are likely to be discussed in clinic, roughly how many visits a plan may involve, and anything to stop or avoid beforehand.

Can be decided remotely: whether your concern sounds aesthetic or needs a family doctor or specialist first; which kinds of treatment are worth discussing; how to time a visit around work, events or flights; and practical preparation, such as pausing retinoid creams before some laser treatments.
Needs an in-person visit: diagnosis of a mole, growth or rash, which relies on close examination and dermoscopy; your skin type and how it is likely to react to laser; how much skin laxity there is and where; whether old filler is present, which may need an ultrasound scan; and the final written plan with fees.
A camera flattens a face and changes colour. Shadows can look like hollows and warm light can hide redness. That is why the call is treated as a first conversation rather than an assessment.
“A video call is enough to plan a visit. It is not enough to decide a dose, a laser setting or a diagnosis, so those wait until we meet.”
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, and dermal fillers and collagen stimulators are medical devices placed by a doctor. Before any of them is used, the doctor needs to examine muscle strength at rest and on movement, facial anatomy and any previous product, review your history, and take your consent in person.
IN Eternity Clinic does not prescribe, dispense or post injectables, or any other prescription medicine, after a video call. If an injectable treatment is suitable, it is planned and given at the clinic after examination.

If you send photos before the call, send only the area of concern, taken in daylight without filters or makeup. They become part of your clinical record and are handled under the clinic’s privacy policy.
Please do not send photos of intimate areas over WhatsApp. Concerns of that kind are discussed in person, in a private consultation room.
If a visit makes sense, the clinic will offer an appointment for an in-person consultation. The first visit guide explains what happens on the day, and visitors from overseas can read planning treatment around a trip to Singapore. If the call suggests you need a different kind of doctor, you will be told so plainly.
Yes. Consultations at IN Eternity Clinic, including video pre-consultations, are conducted by Medical Director Dr Sin Yong. The clinic team arranges the time and sends any forms; the clinical conversation is with the doctor. He will tell you on the call what can usefully be decided remotely and what needs to wait until he can examine you in person.
No. Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine and fillers are medical devices that must be placed by a doctor. Both require an in-person examination, a review of your history and consent. Nothing is prescribed, dispensed or posted after a video call.
No. A video call can help decide how soon a growth should be seen, but diagnosis needs close examination and dermoscopy in person. Anything that is changing, bleeding or new after the age of forty should be examined promptly rather than discussed on a screen.
The clinic will tell you at booking whether a fee applies and how it relates to an in-person consultation. Treatment fees depend on the area, the number of sessions and what is found on examination, so they are given in writing after the in-person assessment rather than estimated on video.
A quiet place with daylight, a stable phone, a list of your medicines and supplements, any allergies, and records or photos of previous treatments if you have them. Remove makeup from the area you want to discuss if you can.
Yes. Many people arrange the call before travelling so the in-person visit can be planned around their dates. Treatment itself takes place at the clinic on Scotts Road, and timing around flights is discussed on the call. Let the clinic know your time zone when booking so the call can be set at a sensible hour for you.
